At Just Solution Law Group, our commitment to the community extends beyond the legal services we provide.

For the past eight years, our founding attorney, Martin Chu, has served on the Board of Directors of Street Company, an organization dedicated to creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals experiencing or overcoming homelessness.

Through his board involvement and our firm's continued support, we are honored to be part of Street Company's mission to help individuals rebuild stability, confidence, and independence.

More Than a Job — A Path Toward Independence

Overcoming homelessness is about more than finding a place to live. It's also about rebuilding stability, confidence, and a sense of belonging.

Street Company believes that meaningful employment can be a powerful step toward lasting change. By creating jobs and providing opportunities to develop new skills, the organization helps individuals build a stronger foundation for their future.

Creating Opportunities Through Casters Coffee

One way Street Company brings this mission to life is through Casters Coffee.

This initiative provides full-time employment to six individuals who have overcome homelessness, while offering job training and skill-building opportunities to approximately 30 people each year.

From learning how to prepare coffee to gaining hands-on workplace experience, participants develop practical skills while building confidence, connections, and a greater sense of independence.

It's about more than a paycheck. It's about having the opportunity to move forward.
